Processing

Recommend to use conventional single screw extruder and specific low smoke halogen-free screw. Reference model : Φ 70 model; Low compression ratio specific low smoke halogen-free screw;L/ D ratio=25:1.

Processing Guidelines

  • Extruder Settings:

    • Barrel temperatures controlled to prevent material degradation
