ABC
East Energy Electrical Engineering specializes in manufacturing high-performance Aerial Bundled Conductors (ABC) with XLPE insulation, engineered for safe and efficient overhead power transmission across urban, rural, and industrial sectors. Our ABC products integrate high-purity aluminum conductors (H68 Al) and aluminum alloy neutral messengers, paired with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation that withstands extreme temperatures from -40°C to +90°C.
We prioritize precision in every production step, adhering to strict standards like IEC 60502, CENELEC HD 626, and ASTM B231—ensuring conductor diameter tolerance is controlled within ±0.1mm. The conductors feature concentric stranding (7-core for ≤50mm², 19-core for 50–150mm²) for enhanced mechanical durability, while the integrated bundle design eliminates the need for separate support structures.
To meet diverse project needs, we offer full customization for key parameters: cross-sectional areas range from 10mm² to 400mm², bundle configurations (Duplex 2x16+1x16, Triplex 3x25+1x25, etc.), and insulation materials (XLPE/HDPE). We also provide OEM services to align with specific regional standards or client branding requirements, making our ABC suitable for both low-voltage (0.6/1kV) and medium-voltage (11kV/33kV) power grids.

Our ABC combines a natural oxide layer on aluminum conductors with UV-resistant XLPE insulation, forming a robust barrier against acid rain, salt spray, and pollution. This design extends the product lifespan to 25+ years—far exceeding the 15–20 years of traditional steel-core cables. It is validated for coastal zones and high-humidity areas, ensuring reliable performance in harsh environments.
All products meet global safety standards, including CE, RoHS, and ISO 9001 certifications. The insulated bundle design minimizes short-circuit risks and accidental contact, making it ideal for densely populated areas. Compliance with regional norms ensures seamless integration into local power systems.
Rural Electrification: Lightweight and easy to deploy in remote areas with limited infrastructure, supporting off-grid and microgrid projects.
Urban Distribution: Compact design fits narrow streets and building complexes, enabling aesthetic integration with urban facades.
Coastal & Tropical Zones: Salt-air resistant insulation and corrosion-proof conductors perform reliably in high-humidity, saline environments.
Renewable Energy Grids: UV-resistant XLPE insulation connects solar/wind farms to main grids, with current capacity up to 600A adapting to variable renewable energy output.
Critical to performance: ABC must not be buried, even in conduits. It is designed exclusively for overhead installation, leveraging the messenger wire (steel or aluminum alloy core) for mechanical support.
As a China-based manufacturer with over a decade of experience, we control the entire production chain—from cable materials (XLPE, aluminum alloys) to finished products. Our factory ensures consistent quality with advanced testing equipment, verifying parameters like insulation thickness (1.5–3.5mm) and tensile strength (1000–1500 N/mm² for messenger wires).
We hold comprehensive certifications, including CNCA-CP-0001 (China Compulsory), IEC 61089, and BS 7870, ensuring our ABC meets the strictest global norms. This compliance eliminates barriers for export to over 50 countries, supported by multi-language customer service (English, Spanish, French, Russian, etc.).
Beyond product supply, we offer engineering project consultation—helping clients select the right conductor size, bundle configuration, and installation plan. Our after-sales team provides technical guidance, and we maintain a stock of common specifications for fast delivery.
ACurrent capacity varies by conductor size and configuration. For example, a 50mm² aluminum conductor supports up to 140A (ambient 25°C, max conductor temp 70°C), while larger sizes (e.g., 120mm²) reach 250A. For medium-voltage (11kV) models, capacity can go up to 600A—contact our team for custom calculations.
Yes. We offer specialized versions for extreme environments:
High-Temperature Zones: XLPE insulation rated for +90°C operation.
Thunderstorm-Prone Areas: Products tested for isoceraunic levels up to 180 thunderstorm days/year.
Cold Climates: Conductors remain flexible at -40°C, suitable for northern regions.
Absolutely. We provide OEM services for conductor sizes, insulation colors, and bundle configurations. Custom branding (client logos on packaging or product labels) is available for bulk orders, with no minimum quantity for standard customizations.
Standard ABC models (e.g., 0.6/1kV, 16–120mm²) are in stock, with delivery in 1–2 weeks. Customized or large-volume orders (over 100km) take 3–4 weeks, depending on specifications.
