With a conductivity of 62.5% IACS, our AAC conductors ensure efficient power transmission with minimal energy loss, which is far superior to many traditional conductors in the market. The precise concentric stranding process guarantees uniform current distribution, effectively reducing the skin effect and improving transmission efficiency.
Weighing 50% lighter than copper conductors, AAC conductors significantly reduce the load on transmission towers and simplify installation, cutting down both transportation and construction costs. In addition, the high-purity aluminum material gives the conductors excellent corrosion resistance, making them ideal for harsh environments such as coastal areas with high humidity and urban grids with complex chemical conditions.
Compared with other metal conductors, our AAC conductors achieve an optimal balance between performance and cost. The stable mechanical properties ensure a long service life, reducing the frequency of maintenance and replacement. At the same time, the product complies with international quality standards, ensuring safe and stable operation for decades.
We support flexible customization of conductor size, stranding structure, length and other parameters according to customer requirements. Whether it is standard products or special specifications for specific projects, our professional R&D team can provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of different scenarios.
In densely populated urban areas, the lightweight and compact design of AAC conductors is suitable for overhead transmission lines with short-to-moderate spans. It can be seamlessly integrated into the existing urban power grid system, effectively solving the problem of limited installation space and improving the power supply capacity of the urban core area.
Coastal areas are often affected by salt spray and humidity, which put forward high requirements for the corrosion resistance of conductors. Our AAC conductors can resist the erosion of harsh environments, ensuring stable power transmission for coastal industrial parks, residential areas and port facilities.
For rural and suburban power grids with relatively scattered loads, AAC conductors are cost-effective and easy to install. They can be quickly deployed to improve the power supply reliability of remote areas, helping to promote the construction of rural electrification.
Large factories, shopping malls, office buildings and other large-scale industrial and commercial facilities have high requirements for power supply stability. Our AAC conductors can meet the high-current transmission demand, ensuring the continuous operation of equipment and reducing the risk of power outages.
We have a complete set of automated production lines and strict quality control systems. From the selection of high-purity aluminum ingots to the final conductor testing, every process complies with international standards. The precision stranding equipment ensures the uniformity of the conductor structure, and the professional testing team conducts multiple tests on conductivity, tensile strength and corrosion resistance to ensure that each batch of products meets the highest quality standards.
With a professional R&D team and flexible production lines, we can provide OEM services for global customers, including customizing product specifications, printing logos and providing personalized packaging solutions. Whether you need standard AAC conductors or special conductors such as AAAC conductors and ACSR conductors tailored to specific projects, we can quickly respond to your needs and deliver high-quality products on time.
