ZC-5324
ZC-5324 is a halogen-free flame retardant (irradiation crosslinkable) insulation compound specifically designed for photovoltaic (solar) cables and other wire and cable applications requiring high heat resistance and low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) performance.
Made from high quality resin, flame retardant additives, antioxidant agents, and crosslinking agents, this material offers:
Non-toxic combustion – no halogen gases released during fire
Excellent flame retardancy – passes VD-1 combustion test
125°C heat resistance – suitable for high temperature environments
Good physical and mechanical properties
Easy processing – compatible with conventional extruders
