6-35kV Heat Shrinkable Cable Accessories:
4E-NRS, 4E-WRS, 4E-JRS heat shrinkable series cable accessories is applied to 35kV and below rubber cable. Heat shrink cable accessories is using import multiphase polymer, it’s the update products of wrapped type cable accessories. With convenient installation, keep on suitable radial pressure on the cable body, interface characteristic is good. the parameter type stress control tube to improve the distribution of the electric field, which can effectively solve the cable outer shield section in electric stress concentration problem. The electrical properties are improved from wrapped type cable accessories to ensure the safety and reliable operation. The main components are tubular, basically including stress control tube, insulation tube, three fingered tube, sealed tube protective sleeve, etc.
Main performance and structure features:
Technical performance: meet BS EN 50181, IEC60502, GB/T12706 requirements.
Heat shrink raw materials: stress tube is parameter type, well-distributed electric field at the insulating cable cut off place. Insulating tube has insilation effect, protective sleeve has protection effect. Product heat shrink is quite stable, can shrink to the original size in heating condition, the residual deformation is small. All the products are processing forming in the factory. There’s no need to use fire, no special training, installation is simple and fast.
It has resistance to filth, aging, and good waterproof, with superior cold heat resistant performance.
